After the weekend exploits defeating higher level opposition Lordswood in the FA Cup, Simon Rowland made two changes to his starting XI with Scott Dartnall recalled at left back in place of Grant Harrison and Ryan McBride, who missed the Lordswood victory due to an emergency dental appointment, came in for Chris Agutter.
New signing Linton Rogers took his place on the substitutes bench alongside Harrison, Agutter, Casey Ham and replacement 'keeper Joe Rogers
United picked up where they left off at Lordswood and were immediately on the front foot and despite missing three good opportunities in the first ten minutes, took a deserved lead through Jack Divall.
United could have extended their lead as the half progressed but a combination of resolute defending, good goalkeeping and the woodwork denied United.
The second half was a whole different ball game for United as Wes Tate and Jason Taylor scored in quick succession to extend the lead to 3-0.
Ham entered the action on 70 minutes and it took the frontman just five minutes to open his account before debutant Linton Rogers was introduced on 80 minutes.
Rogers began his EUAFC career in the best possible fashion with a quick-fire double to extend the lead to six goals before Ham rounded off the evening with a seventh in the final minute.
Next up for United is the visit of Storrington on Saturday afternoon before Seaford Town visit The Oval on Bank Holiday Monday (11am)
